Automated Assembly Line for Detonator

These lines allow a cycle time of about 2 seconds per initiation system, corresponding to an annual capacity of 3 000 000 detonators with 10 m shock tube coils in 1 shift operation (8 h / 250 working days / 90 % machine availability). This equals a machine performance of 1 620 detonators per hour (at coil lengths of 10 m).

  • Fully automated assembly line
  • Cycle time 12s for 3 x 2detonators
  • ~ 3 000 000 detonators (per year in 1 shift)
  • Simultaneous production of 3 detonator types
  • Modularization for:
    • Dual detonator
    • J-hooks and connector blocks
    • Figure 8 winding
  • Individual configuration
  • End to end traceability
